Order made by the Governor in Conineil, into. The provisions of The Banishment and Conditional Purdons Ordinance 1882 as amended by Ordinance No. 4 of 1885.

Whereas it is deemed desirable by the Governor in Council

that Sun Yat Sin alias Sun Man

(The Governor in Council being satisfied that such person is not a natural born or naturalized subject of Her Majesty) should be prohibited under the provisions of The Banishment and Conditional Pardous Ordi- nance 1882 Section 3 as amended by Ordinance No. 4 of 1885 from residing or being within the Colony for the space of five years from the upon the grounds bereinafter appearing.

The Governor in Council doth hereby by virtue of the said Ordi- nances order that the said Sun Yat Sin

he prohibited and the said Sun Yat Sin

is hereby prohibited from residing or being in the Colony for the space

of time aforesaid from the said date: and that the period of one

month from the date hereof be fixed as the time within which the said

Sun Yat Sin

shall depart from the Colony aforesaid. And the Governor in Comcil doth, hereby, under the provisions of Ordinance No. 4 of 1885, further order that the said Sun Yat Sin be detained in custody of the Police until he leaves the Colony,

Statement of the gronnds upon which this order is made:

That the said Sun Yat Sin

is, in the opinion of the Go-

vernor in Council, dangerous to the peace and good order of

the Colony.
